18 vanilla cupcakes
1 tub of vanilla frosting
chopped nuts, toasted
caramel sauce (I used Mrs. Robertson's Butterscotch Caramel Ice Cream Sauce)
Stir 2 tablespoons of caramel topping into the frosting. (If the caramel is too thick place it in the microwave for a few seconds to melt.) Using a butter knife frost all of the cupcakes.
Place another small bowl of caramel sauce in the microwave to melt for about 10 seconds. Drizzle the caramel over the tops of the cupcakes.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops of the cupcakes and then sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
