Cupcake #3 Kit Kat Cupcakes
18 vanilla cupcakes
1 tub of vanilla frosting
caramel ice cream topping (I used Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel)
9 mini Kit Kat Bars (or 5 regular size bars) 1 piece per cupcake
Spoon about 4 tablespoons of the ice cream topping in a small bowl. Microwave for about 20 seconds. Set aside.
With a butter knife frost the cupcakes.
Take a small spoon full of caramel topping and splatter it across the top of each cupcake. Break one Kit Kat piece in half and place both halves on top of each cupcake.
